Our Policy
Rain Cancellation Policy: Sound Spectrum Entertainment strives to offer the best in novelty entertainment. Because we only have one of each of many of our novelties, it is important to ensure that they are booked often. Our clients provide us with a number of venues, some inside, some outside, some under cover. As a result, we are sometimes at the mercy of Mother Nature. In cases of rain or high wind, we often must suspend operation of our attractions for safety reasons. Sound Spectrum Entertainment contracts our items to be rain or shine. If bad weather should force an attraction to be shut down for part or all of an engagement, the full price is still due. Should you wish to have a rain guarantee, here are the options we offer:
1. Move your event inside or under cover - the only time lost is in tearing down and setting up again.
2. Reschedule your event to a weekday at no additional charge.
3. Reserve another weekend "rain" date at a 50% premium.
Whenever rescheduling (other than a paid rain date), Sound Spectrum reserves the right to substitute items based on availability.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 1/3 to 50% is required on all contract agreements, depending on the type of event and talent bookings, to assure all talent and novelty items are reserved for your event. This contract should be signed and returned along with the deposit no later than 10 days after the contract date. Failure to do so could result in loss of the engagement date. The Balance Due is payable one week before the event, or in cash before the start of the event.
Sound Spectrum Entertainment Proprietary Rights: The ideas, concepts, designs, suggestions, price quotes and other "Information" contained in this Proposal belong to Sound Spectrum Entertainment. We are submitting the information to you to help you determine whether you wish to engage our services. You agree not to disclose the information to anyone other than for this purpose. These concepts may not be developed or reproduced without the express written consent of John Rozz and Sound Spectrum Entertainment. Unauthorized use of these concepts or ideas will constitute a Breach of Propriety under which these ideas and concepts have been developed and is strictly prohibited. All documents, written proposals, ideas, videos, pictures and other materials submitted by John Rozz and or Sound Spectrum Entertainment shall be returned to John Rozz or Sound Spectrum Entertainment upon request.
